The EMF2018 site is Eastnor Castle Deer Park, located just east of Ledbury, Herefordshire.

Public transport

Train 🚂

We are close to Ledbury station which is around three hours direct from London Paddington (on GWR) and one hour from Birmingham New Street (on West Midlands Railway).

As of June 18th, tickets from Paddington are currently as cheap as £12 return. If you buy a ticket on the day, the price will be £55-89 return depending on your time of travel.

Shuttle Bus 🚌

We will be providing a complimentary shuttle bus service between Ledbury station and the EMF site.

The timetable is:

• Friday **0900 - 2130**
• Saturday **0900 - 2130**
• Sunday **0900 - 2130**
• Monday **0900 - 1230**

Air ✈️

The closest major airport is Birmingham ✈(BHX), which is around 1hr40 by train to Ledbury station; or an hour by road.

Bristol ✈(BRS) and Cardiff ✈(CWL) are around 1hr40 by road, but poorly connected by public transport.

For those travelling long-haul, BHX is likely to be be most useful followed by LHR.

Driving 🚗

Getting here

If you plan to drive, you will need to buy a parking ticket (£15) or campervan ticket (£40) available here. Motorcycles do not require a parking ticket.

The site is around 13 mins drive from the M50 Junction 2.

Plan your travel to the south gate (adjacent to A438) - postcode HR8 1RQ should get you there. The entrance to the site is 52°01'56"N 2°23'01"W / OS Grid SO 738 372.

Once you leave the motorway, follow the yellow AA signs to EMF, ignoring your sat nav which may try to take you through the town.
