This page is just a quick set of notes on various printing costs (& lead times) for reference.

Based mainly on first google hit.

For paper prints all estimates are for 1,000 prints (i.e. 2x our maximum number of people).

• Stuart C. suggested that we should consider using non standard colours
  • helps prevent confusion if someone decides to be unofficially helpful and start parking cars etc
  • also makes them a slightly better goody if volunteers are allowed to keep them
  • Emergency Services prefer stewards not to have the same colour as them (we changed all our work ones to blue recently).
