Team/Sanitation/Rubbish
We need to provide bins for people to put rubbish in and some way for this to be disposed of. Rubbish can only be taken by registered companies (to stop fly tipping etc.)
We should consider recycling where possible

I will put £1000 in the budget as we may need more than that, and we haven't included any recycling or considered how much waste the bar/workshops may produce.
