EMF is an entirely volunteer-run organisation, but we need be run as professionally as any other other event.
Core Organising Team
The core team is the main organising body of EMF, and is comprised of team leads and invited others.
Team Leads
The team lead (or whatever deputy they nominate) is responsible for:
- Organising the volunteers within their team
- Emailing status updates to the core team at least every two weeks, but more frequently if required.
- Making sure that their part of the budget is correct and letting Team:Finance know as soon as possible of any changes.
- Stepping aside gracefully, and with as much notice as possible, if they are no longer able to fulfil these duties.
