Helium supplies?

Hi,

I'm planning an installation at EMF that will need about 1 cubic metre of balloon helium. For the suppliers I've seen, helium gets dramatically cheaper as the tank size goes up. Do you know of any balloonists that are planning to use helium over the weekend, who might be interested in sharing a tank?

Also, I'm involved in a HAB project in Sheffield; we have a gondola and parachute, and we think our electronics will be more or less finished by EMF. Hopefully we can meet up and get advice from some veterans!
