Any attendee at the festival can find me (and the duck) and tap anywhere on its head, body, or tail to get transported to a web portal where they may befriend it. There is a leaderboard at [https://duckfriend.online duckfriend.online] that shows how many times each person has managed to befriend the duck. The winner gets... something. I'll decide later.
