I'm a 5'10" chubby non-binary person with blonde hair, usually found wearing checked shirts over dark t-shirts with occasional rainbow accents. I wear many (figurative) hats - I'm a tech enthusiast, AI ethicist, author, lecturer, demoscener, playwright, researcher, and advocate. I also love food.
EMF 2024
I'm attending EMF for the first time after many years of watching from the sidelines! I'm excited to see lots of people I know, and make some new friends, and plan to take the weekend at a relaxed, chilled-out pace.

Befriending The Duck
I'm running a mini-game at EMF2024, based around an NFC-enabled rubber duck named Quaxxor. Any attendee at the festival can find me (and the duck) and tap anywhere on its head, body, or tail to get transported to a web portal where they may befriend it.
There is a leaderboard at duckfriend.online that shows how many times each person has managed to befriend the duck. The winner gets... something. I'll decide later.
